Pam Hatt has more than 29 years of experience in the financial industry with more than 22 years in marketing and communications. She currently is the Vice President of Marketing at Pen Air Federal Credit Union, managing all aspects of marketing and public relation operations of the mid-size credit union with assets of $1.4B, 16 branch locations, and over 100,000 members throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties in Florida and Baldwin and Mobile Counties in Alabama.
Prior to working at Pen Air, Pam served as Vice President and Marketing Manager at Regions Financial Corporation, overseeing the North Florida market (Pensacola to Jacksonville, Florida). She worked on internal and external communication, overseeing 95 branches and acting as the liaison between the corporate headquarters and the North Florida market. She managed hundreds of events and communication opportunities throughout the diverse market, including two mergers, and leveraged opportunities whenever possible during the most difficult time to date in the financial industry.
Pam oversaw the rebrand of Pen Air Federal Credit Union in 2015 and leads an amazing team of empowered individuals and inspires and coaches them to be servant leaders that passionately pursue and advocate Pen Air’s brand, culture, values, mission, and vision.
Pam also participated in the Greater Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Pensacola Program (LeaP). As a Class of 2012 LeaP, Pam had the honor of working with 50 amazing leaders in her community. The pinnacle of the experience was working on Operation HOPE – an extreme makeover project of the Pensacola International Airport and Naval Air Station Pensacola USO locations. The class raised more than $221,000 in cash and in-kind donations to accomplish this amazing project – that started as a simple idea and was completed in six months.
She volunteers on the advisory boards for the USO of Northwest Florida, Navy the Pensacola Chapter of the Navy League, for the Jerry Maygarden Center for Financial Literacy at the University of West Florida, the Board of Trustees for ARC Gateway, Pensacola, is an Executive Mentor for the University of West Florida College of Business, a School to Work Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, is past Treasurer of the Florida Public Relations Association – Pensacola Chapter, and actively supports and promotes Financial Literacy wherever she goes.
